Mease Dunedin Hospital, Dunedin Florida Nowhere is the need for an experienced testing, balancing and commissioning firm more acute than in the critical requirements arena of healthcare facilities. In addition to 20 years working for the many hospitals associated with Baycare Health Systems, The Phoenix Agency is actively involved with Shriner’s Hospitals for Children, nationwide and All Children’s Hospital in St Petersburg, Florida. We’re proud to be part of the major expansion and renovation being undertaken at Mease Dunedin Hospital. All Children’s Hospital, St Petersburg Florida The new All Children’s Hospital opened in December, 2009. This $200 million hospital project consisting of ten stories and 725,000 square feet is designed to act as a stronghold in the event of hurricane force winds, with the ability to maintain ongoing medical care to its own patients and storm victims alike. In addition to providing test and balance services for the main hospital, The Phoenix Agency will also complete balancing of the 250,000 square foot eight story Medical Office Building associated with the hospital.
